"Wish I Had Ordered Sooner"
I ordered from emmafy thinking it was probably going to take a while, and I kind of regret assuming that. My package showed up way quicker than I expected, the tracking updated normally, and everything arrived in good shape. Delivery was totally stress-free. I’d definitely order again, especially after seeing how fast it came

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from emmafy.com and figured the exchange would be a hassle. It wasn’t.

Customer service got back to me the next day, I sent it back, and the replacement showed up quickly. Simple enough, no issues

"Better than I expected"
I ordered from Emmafy and, better than I expected the material was. It feels soft, but not that thin cheap kind, which was my biggest worry. I’ve worn it a few times already and washed it once, and still fine it looks so far. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I had a question about my order on emmafy.com, so I sent their support team a message. They got back to me later the same day, which I appreciated.
The first reply was kind of basic, but once I explained things a bit more, they helped me sort it out quickly. It didnt feel like some copy-paste answer either, which was nice.
It wasnt perfect since I did have to wait a few hours, but overall it was a good experience. Id use them again.

There was a lot to pick from, which was great, and I was able to find what I needed without too much hassle. That said, some of the communication/details weren’t very clear, which was a bit annoying and made the whole thing take longer than it should have.
